Grand Final Day is one of the biggest days of the year at the Tav.

Just moments from the MCG, join us for a full day of footy, food and drinks, with the 2026 AFL Grand Final live & loud from 2:30PM on the big screen and TVs throughout the venue.

Planning on lining up early? Donna’s has you covered from 8AM–2PM with coffee, toasties and pastries to fuel the morning.

The venue and Main Bar open from 9AM, with Tav Tuckshop Brekkie from 9AM–11AM before the main Tuckshop menu kicks off from 12PM–8PM.

For plated meals and pub classics, the kitchen will be open for lunch from 12PM–3PM and dinner from 5PM–8PM.

The Courtyard Bar and Dal Zotto Wine Bar will both be open from 12PM until late.

Whether you’re joining us for breakfast, settling in for the game or stopping by after the final siren, make the Tav your home base for Grand Final Day.

DINING ROOM BOOKINGS

Dining Room bookings will open from 9AM on Grand Final Day and must be made in person at the venue.

Bookings will not be available online or over the phone.

All Dining Room bookings are for a 12PM sitting only, with a maximum of 8 guests per booking and a 90-minute seating period.

All guests seated in the Dining Room must order a main meal.

At the time of booking, we will take your name and number of guests. Tables will be held for 10 minutes from 12PM before being released to the next group waiting.

After the 12PM sitting, the Dining Room will be walk-ins only.

Bookings will be taken until all Dining Room tables are allocated.
