Every item purchased from our LTH x Balter collection includes a voucher for one pint of Balter beer, to be redeemed in person at the London Tavern Hotel. If multiple items have been purchased, you will receive one voucher per item, but each voucher may only be redeemed once.

  • Standard shipping: $10 for standard (2-5 business days)
    Express shipping: $15 (1-2 business days)
    In-store pickup: free!

    Items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

    We currently only offer domestic shipping at checkout, as the costs to ship internationally can be high and vary greatly. If you are overseas and would like to place an order, please send us a message at general@londontavernhotel.com and we will try to work something out for you.

  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the reason for return is due to a defective item. Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund. Contact us at general@londontavernhotel.com with your order number to request a return.

    Alternatively, you may come to the London Tavern Hotel in person during office hours (Mon-Fri, 12-6pm) to process a return or exchange.

    Exchanges are not available online; if you would like a different item (including change of size and/or colour), please return your original purchase and then place a new order.
